The PPMSS BPA provides the EPA access to consulting services to improve and streamline program management functions in a wide range of business and service areas. Initiated by EPA ORD, the 50 million dollar, 5-year vehicle enables Booz Allen to provide a full range of IT advisory and assistance services to improve the impact and effectiveness of EPA laboratories, research centers, and offices around the country.
