The Information Technology Solutions—Business Information Strategic Support II (ITS-BISS II) master contract provides the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) with access to consulting services to improve and streamline program management functions in a wide range of business and service areas. Sponsored by EPA’s Office of Environmental Information (OEI), the $100-million, 5-year vehicle enables Booz Allen Hamilton, a leading strategy and technology consulting firm, to provide a full range of information technology (IT) advisory and assistance services to meet current and emerging information, resource, program, and portfolio management.
