Purchasing Booz Allen Services Under IV&V

Step 1: Develop Requirements

• Develop the Background, Objectives, Scope (part of the SOW required by the DOJ/FBI)
• Choose Labor Categories (e.g., description, number, hours, cost) (required in the Independent Government Cost Estimate)
• Provide templates for—
  • Task Order Memo
  • Statement of Work
  • Simplified Source Selection Plan
    • Introduction (background information)
    • Recommended bidders (at least 3)
