Service under this Strategic Sourcing Total Solutions BPA has been categorized into five sections:

• Strategic Advisory Services–Strategic Advisory Services are primarily aimed at providing expert facilitation services and subject matter expertise to set the vision and plan for the strategic sourcing function within an agency and across the government. These services are in support of senior executives such as the Chief Acquisition Officer’s Council and organizations such as the OFPP.
• Data and Analytical Support–Data and Analytical support includes collecting, gaining access to, and providing federal procurement and purchasing data, at various levels of granularity, in order to provide increased visibility into federal spend activity to support spend analyses. The data must identify who, what, when, where and how government spending occurs. Analytical support also includes performing any specified analysis or reporting of the data, including benchmark analysis for future pricing and procurement activities, statistical analysis, and gap analysis.
• Program Management Support–Program Management support is related to overall planning and management of strategic sourcing programs. It includes activities such as strategy development, business process re-engineering, communication, governance, consulting, facilitating, planning and performance management.
• Commodity Procurement Strategy Development, Execution, and Management–Commodity Procurement Strategy development is related to any analysis and strategic activities associated with the acquisition of specific commodities in support of strategic sourcing goals. It includes all acquisition components of the Strategic Sourcing process such as consulting, facilitating, commodity profiling, market analysis, and requirement formulation.
• Training and Communication–Training and Communication is related to Strategic Sourcing process training, both off-the-shelf and customized, for individuals and teams. Also included will be activities that involve communicating new Strategic Sourcing related procurement policies, progress on
