Spanning Decades, Continually Recognized
Booz Allen’s history of diversity is marked by numerous internal milestones and external recognition resulting from our commitment to diversity and inclusion. For several decades, our diversity forums have grown in number and influence, helping employees connect and grow.
The Board Diversity Initiative, launched in 2003, set benchmarks for embedding diversity throughout the firm. And the Women’s Agenda, created in 2008, is devoted to the development and promotion of women of all backgrounds.
Each year, we receive dozens of awards from major publications and organizations, including Working Mother magazine, which has placed Booz Allen on its list of “100 Best Companies” year after year and inducted the firm into its Hall of Fame. And we continue to receive a 100 percent rating on each year’s Corporate Equality Index and Best Places to Work Survey, administered by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation.
