The Parent’s Forum connects Booz Allen's working parents and those interested in parenting topics together to share best es, resources, ideas, referrals, information and experiences. This diversity forum provides a community resource for working parents of foster or special-needs children, adoptive parents, single parents, and those in other non-traditional parenting arrangements.
Besides working with Booz Allen to create best practices for working parents, the forum collaborates on corporate initiatives to enhance the firm’s reputation as a family-friendly best place to work, both internally and externally.
Booz Allen Senior Vice Presidents Corrine Kosar and John Feeney sponsor the Parent’s Forum. Says Corinne, “As leaders and working parents ourselves we know firsthand the challenges, both personal and professional, that many of our staff on a daily basis.
