The FlexWork forum, founded in 2005, supports employees needing flexible work arrangements such as teleworking, working part-time, and job sharing. It also supports those who work on client sites, in regional offices, or who are dispersed in other ways. The forum offers resources to help staff network with colleagues around the firm, stay connected to the firm’s culture, fulfill client needs, and grow professionally.
This forum also communicates the best practices and insights of flexible work arrangements to senior leadership and career and job managers. Forum members volunteer for nonprofits in communities around the country, helping school children and others in need.
