Booz Allen created the Asian Pacific American Forum (APAF) to recognize the unique cultural heritage of the Asian Pacific region and staff members who share that heritage.
This diversity forum serves as a conduit for staff to share unique insights about Asian Pacific culture with the firm’s senior leaders. Members are also active in helping attract and recruit professionals to Booz Allen with a common interest or background in the Asian Pacific region.
Asian Pacific American Forum events and activities provide members the opportunity to discuss professional concerns and objectives for growing their careers.
The APAF also works with the Asian American Leadership Empowerment and Development (AALEAD) organization to make a difference in the lives of low-income Asian American youth through education leadership development and community building
