The Armed Services Forum (ASF) serves employees with military backgrounds, although membership is open to all Booz Allen employees. The ASF helps Booz Allen identify and work through the cultural issues unique to its members. Through the ASF, new employees with a military background find training, mentoring, and development programs designed to help them navigate the transition into the culture of the civilian workplace. Members of the forum also connect the firm to the Defense community.
