The African American Forum (AAF) enables Booz Allen employees to work collectively towards the success and advancement of African Americans within the firm, while increasing awareness of African and African American culture.
This diversity forum is active in the communities where Booz Allen has a presence. AAF chapters volunteer around the country, but the goal is always the same: creating a sustained impact on African American culture.
The forum’s strong relationship with Rebuilding Together has resulted in over 600 hours of community service to repair and restore homes of individuals and families in need.
