For the 8th consecutive year, FORTUNE magazine has chosen Booz Allen for its annual list of “100 Best Companies to Work For.”
FORTUNE cites the fact that two-thirds of Booz Allen employees work compressed workweeks or flexible hours as one of the reasons it's a great place to work. The firm also received high marks for such things as our strong diversity initiatives and nondiscrimination policies—including benefits for domestic partners, and numerous professional training opportunities.
To pick the 100 Best Companies to Work For, FORTUNE partners with the Great Place to Work Institute to conduct what it calls the most extensive employee survey in corporate America. Two-thirds of a company's score is based on the results of the Institute's Trust Index survey, which is sent to a random sample of employees from each company. In this year’s survey, 280 firms participated.
