Booz Allen Hamilton has been named to the LATINA Style 50 Report as one of the 50 corporations providing top career opportunities for Latinas in the U.S. Booz Allen Vice President Kristine Santa-Coloma Rohls and Principal Lucy Sorrentini accepted the award at a February 5th conference in Washington, DC.
Put out by LATINA Style Magazine, the LATINA Style 50 Report is determined based on issues that readers identified as most important to them in the workplace. Among the principal areas of evaluation are: number of Latina executives, Latina retention, mentoring programs, educational opportunities, alternative work policies, employee benefits, women’s issues, job retraining, affinity groups, and Hispanic relations. This year, the magazine also paid close attention to companies that have programs to recruit veterans and military personnel.
Over 800 companies are evaluated every year and the LATINA Style 50 report is a permanent feature on www.latinastyle.com.
