Booz Allen has again been named by Consulting Magazine as one of the Best Firms to Work For, coming in at 9th place.

The firm is consistently ranked on this elite annual list — usually in the top 10—but it’s always something in which we can take pride. The list represents the best of the best and is based on results of a huge online survey in which 13,000 consultants from 350 firms participated.
The publication conducted an interview with SVP and Chief Personnel Officer Betty Thompson, who believes one of Booz Allen’s strengths is encouraging employees to customize their development and education activities to fit their unique needs. “Booz Allen people are inspired to come to work every day because they know that Booz Allen truly cares,” she said in the interview.
