Disability Organization Honors Booz Allen CEO

The new award, which was presented at the NBDC's annual banquet on April 25, 2002, recognizes an individual's commitment to promoting opportunities for persons with disabilities as employees.

Booz Allen has a long-standing relationship with the NBDC, which strives to increase employment of people with disabilities nationwide and to integrate people with disabilities into the community as consumers. In 1997, the NBDC named Booz Allen's Jay Birch the Employee of the Year and in 1999 cited Jeff Schaffer as Manager of the Year.
