Reggie Van Lee is an Executive Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he leads the firm’s business efforts in the public health and non-profit sectors. He is recognized for his deep expertise in determining how global organization can build capabilities to make them resilient to shocks to mission accomplishment and growth. He has helped numerous health organizations transform to better achieve their missions.

An expert in public-private partnerships, Mr. Van Lee co-authored the book Megacommunities, which addresses how government, business, and non-profit leaders can tackle global challenges together.

Mr. Van Lee has co-authored a number of articles on strategy implementation, which have appeared in publications such as The Journal of Business Strategy. He also developed an innovative and integrated tool kit for management with techniques to help leaders realize new strategies and institutionalize existing strategies.

He supports many organizations outside the firm, including serving as a board member of the Thurgood Marshall College Fund; Washington Performing Arts Society; New York City Center for Charter School Excellence; and Abyssinian Development Corporation. Mr. Van Lee chairs the board of the Evidence Dance Company; co-chairs the board of the New York International Ballet Competition; is trustee and treasurer of the Studio Museum in Harlem; and is a member of the the President's Committee on the Arts and Humanities and the Executive Leadership Council. He co-led the Urban Enterprise Initiative with the William Jefferson Clinton Foundation, driving enhanced competitiveness to small businesses in Harlem.

Mr. Van Lee’s recognitions include the Black Engineer of the Year Award; Joseph Papp Racial Harmony Award from the Foundation for Ethnic Understanding; New York University’s C. Walter Nichols Award for outstanding community service; and the prestigious Spirit of Cabrini Award from the Cabrini Mission Foundation. In addition, Consulting magazine named him one of the top 25 consultants in the world, and he was recognized as one of New York’s Finest Philanthropists.

With an MBA from the Harvard Business School, Mr. Van Lee also holds an M.S. and a B.S. degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
