Bill A. Thoet Bill Thoet, a Senior Vice President with Booz Allen Hamilton, has more than 20 years of experience in the areas of modeling, simulation, wargaming and analysis. He leads a team of more than 1,000 staff focused on applying those disciplines to problems across defense, security, health, infrastructure and finance, including Avian Flu Pandemics planning, HIV/AIDS country planning, testing and developing corporate strategies, testing the resilience of financial institutions, and military planning. A recognized expert in his field, Mr. Thoet has participated in and moderated panel discussions at the Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, as well as the Aspen Ideas Festival held in Aspen, Colorado. He also contributed to a joint Booz Allen-World Economic Forum study entitled, “Influenza Pandemic Simulation: Implications for the Public and Private Sectors.”
