Gary D. Labovich Gary Labovich, a McLean-based Booz Allen Hamilton Senior Vice President, has a leadership role in the firm’s civil government business. Since joining the firm in 2004, he has focused on providing strategy consulting and technology solutions to clients in a range of markets that include environment, energy, transportation, finance and citizens services, and health. In his leadership role, Mr. Labovich is responsible for orchestrating the delivery of the firm’s functional agenda across the entire civil market. Mr. Labovich leads Booz Allen’s civilian IT business, driving solution- and product-based consulting support for clients at agencies such as the Internal Revenue Service, General Services Administration, and Environmental Protection Agency. He also provides due diligence and assessments of large, complex technology projects across the civilian, defense, and security businesses. His key areas of expertise involve systems development and integration, IT solutions, and ERP. Mr. Labovich has led several critical client assignments, including:
Mr. Labovich is a member of the firm’s prestigious Booz Allen Excellence Awards (BEA) committee, which recognizes those projects and people who deliver excellence across the organization with respect to client service, diversity, and community service. He is also a member of the Critical Strategic Initiatives (CSI) team, which is staffed by a select group of vice presidents who support the largest and most complex procurements that the firm is preparing for bid. In addition, he is chair of the Booz Allen IT Success Board, which assists in finding resources for and responding to the most extensive and comprehensive bids in the firm’s IT business. Mr. Labovich formerly served as chair of the board of trustees for the National Capital Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. He holds an M.S. in public management and policy from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.A. with high honors in economics from Clark University.
