Since joining Booz Allen in 1986, Mr. Kelly has also led the Mission Assurance and Enterprise Resilience business as part of the firm’s Global Resilience effort, advising commercial and government clients on strategic risk issues associated with physical and cyber threats. A former member of the firm’s Board of Directors, Mr. Kelly was twice awarded the Professional Excellence Award (PEA)—Booz Allen’s highest honor for outstanding customer service—for his work on national security telecommunications issues and on HIV/AIDS awareness projects in India.
