ExecutiveBiz Names Carl Salzano a Top Contracts and Procurement Executive

Carl Salzano is a Booz Allen Hamilton Senior Vice President who assists in providing full lifecycle acquisition support to client teams.

Mr. Salzano’s services include contract management (i.e., contracts, pricing, and GWAC business office), procurement (i.e., subcontract, professional servicing), and business development (i.e., strategic business intelligence, information professional community, capture and proposal support, export control, acquisition training, and conflict of interest).

Mr. Salzano joined the firm in 1986 to support senior management. He is a recognized thought leader in U.S. government acquisition policy and commercial and internal contracting, capture strategy, and contract negotiation.  
   
A member of the Professional Services Council, Mr. Salzano is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Defense Procurement University and sits on the advisory board of the National Contract Management Association.  He also serves as president of the board of directors for the Community Services for Autistic Adults and Children.

Mr. Salzano received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Maryland and an M.S. in Business with a concentration in Finance from Johns Hopkins University.
