Robert W. Noonan, Jr. Bob Noonan is a Senior Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton who focuses on expanding the firm’s military intelligence business within the services, combatant commands, Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), and Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD). He also oversees all Army intelligence issues and related acquisition programs.

Mr. Noonan has provided program management for Booz Allen U.S. military and intelligence clients to ensure project objectives are met, cross-functional personnel are aligned, risks are mitigated, and project scope and client relationships are managed. A retired Lieutenant General, Mr. Noonan sits on the board of advisors of the Intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA). Before joining the firm, he served as U.S. Army Deputy Chief of Staff (G2), Intelligence; as the Commanding General for the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM); and as Director of Intelligence (J2), U.S. Central Command. Mr. Noonan holds an M.B.A. from Western New England College and a B.A. in government and international relations from the University of Notre Dame.
