Herbert MacArthur
Booz Allen Hamilton Senior Vice President Herbert MacArthur provides organization and strategy support to a wide variety of public sector clients and is based out of the firm’s McLean, Virginia headquarters.
His team spans multiple geographic regions, delivering strategic planning, organizational efficiency, organizational modeling and design, process improvement, transformation, and change management capabilities.
Blending a unique combination of domestic, international, government, and commercial experience, Mr. MacArthur supports a wide range of transportation clients with a particular focus on the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and U.S. airports.
His key skill areas include:

Before joining Booz Allen, he was employed by American Management Systems, Inc. as a senior business analyst and finance manager, and helped established its European business.
Mr. MacArthur holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a B.A. in Economics and French from the College of William and Mary. He is active in community service, serving as a national board member of the nonprofit organization Rebuilding Together, as member of the Board of Advisors to Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business, and as a member of the College of William and Mary Business Partners Council.
