Booz Allen Hamilton Senior Vice President Bob Lamb leads the NetOps, Army Cyber, and the firm’s Information Analysis Center (IAC), which includes oversight of the Information Assurance Technology Analysis Center, Survivability Vulnerability Information Analysis Center (SURVIAC).

Mr. Lamb's key clients include the Joint Task Force – Global Network Operations (JTF – GNO), providing a broad spectrum of support including strategy and operations, intelligence, policy, and planning as well as Army NETCOM, CIO/G6 among others.  With extensive experience in the technology and defense industries, he provides deep understanding and insights to support client requirements in:

• Cyber operations including network operations, computer network defense, information assurance, and network management
• IACs, including those focused on information assurance; information operations, survivability and vulnerability; and homeland security and homeland defense

Before joining Booz Allen in 1999, Mr. Lamb served in a variety of command and staff assignments as a Signal Officer in the U.S. Army. He concluded his military career as the Chief of Staff for the Joint Task Force for Computer Network Defense (JTF – CND), and was part of the task force that developed the Department of Defense’s first command, focused on defending its computer networks and information systems. Prior to reporting to the JTF, Mr. Lamb commanded the 41st Signal Battalion, 1st Signal Brigade in South Korea. While stationed in Panama, he served as both the S3 and Executive Office with the 154th Signal Battalion.

He is a member of the Association of Graduates, USMA; Association of the U.S. Army; Army Athletic Association; and Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA). With a master’s degree in education from the University of South Carolina, Mr. Lamb also earned a B.S. degree in general engineering from the USMA.
