Mr. Howell has experience in commercial telecommunications and satellite communications. In addition, he has provided service across a number of industries, including financial services, energy, and retail, which have resulted in improved performance for federal, Department of Defense, and commercial clients. As respected thought leader, Mr. Howell has co-authored industry-related articles such as “A Global Checkup: Diagnosing the Health of Today’s Organizations” and "Military of Millennials" for publications that include strategy+business. Mr. Howell has served as a member of Booz Allen’s Board of Directors and as a member of the Personal Committee. He is a member of the firm’s Leadership Team, chairman of the Ethics and Compliance committee, and chairman of the Capability Service Area Leadership team. Outside of Booz Allen, he serves on the boards of Children’s National Medical Center and the United Negro College Fund, and he served as the former chairman of the Friends of the National Zoo (FONZ) board. Mr. Howell holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.
