Ronald Hodge A Booz Allen Hamilton Senior Vice President and member of the firm’s Global Information Technology business unit, Ron Hodge has more than 25 years of professional management and engineering experience for large, complex information systems. His focus includes service-oriented architecture (SOA) development, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) integration, business intelligence, business process management, enterprise engineering, data warehousing, and data management, as well as information sharing and case management. Leading Booz Allen’s IT efforts at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Mr. Hodge provides planning, management, and IT services. He oversees effective management of cost, performance, and schedules associated with all DHS work streams. He ensures the quality delivery of IT services to the Department, to include the firm’s support of program management, networks, and information systems. Mr. Hodge also oversees the firm’s efforts in information sharing, including building the framework and processes and heading a multi-disciplined team to address common challenges in governance, policy, technology, culture, and economics (i.e., the “value” of sharing). His work has led to the development of a framework and maturity model that has been adopted in varied forms by key government clients. Mr. Hodge built Booz Allen’s wireless and mobility business, which plans, manages, and engineers services for wireless systems. He was previously the program manager of the joint U.S. Justice – Treasury Public Safety Wireless Network (PSWN) program, supporting its mission to foster interoperability among public safety wireless systems. This program is now the SAFECOM Program within DHS.
