Nancy Hardwick Nancy Hardwick is a McLean, Virginia-based Senior Vice President with Booz Allen Hamilton serving within the civil government market. Specifically, she leads the market vertical for entitlements agencies, which include the Departments of Agriculture, Commerce, Housing and Urban Development, and Labor as well as the National Science Foundation. During her career, Ms. Hardwick has supported public and private sector clients and has substantial experience in the application of private sector management consulting methods to government agencies. Ms. Hardwick has led numerous activities regarding the development and stewardship of intellectual capital for Booz Allen. Currently she serves as an instructor in the Change Management Advanced Practitioner program produced in partnership with Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. Previously, she led the development of a new taxonomy covering capabilities and services offered by the firm. Earlier, she led the IC Engine function, supporting Booz Allen’s worldwide priority service offerings and campaigns. She also led Booz Allen’s Organization and Change service offering and was responsible for the development of thought leadership and intellectual capital in the areas of:
Ms. Hardwick is a two time recipient of Booz Allen’s highest honor, the Professional Excellence Award (PEA), which is given in recognition outstanding and innovative client service for engagements with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the National Science Foundation. She also received the Internal Revenue Service Commissioner’s Award for her work in the transformation of the IRS. She has also served in numerous other internal roles as a member of the Board Nominating Committee, Women’s Leadership Initiative, and Board Diversity Initiative.
