Margo Fitzpatrick Margo Fitzpatrick is a Senior Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton with more than two dozen years of experience in financial, regulatory, and payment management consulting and IT services. She works with bank regulatory and treasury agencies, as well as some of the largest U.S. financial institutions. Dr. Fitzpatrick leads the firm’s financial reform initiative and provides services in the areas of economic stabilization, payments reform, regulatory-driven transformation, and reform enforcement. She supports federal organizations that include the U.S. Treasury, Federal Reserve Board/Banks, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC), Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC), and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). She is also working with some of the largest U.S. financial institutions to provide financial resilience and cyber payment channel modernization services. Her key areas of expertise include:
She is a two-time recipient of Booz Allen’s Professional Excellence Award (PEA), the firm’s highest honor for outstanding customer service, for her team’s work with the IRS’s Organizational Modernization Initiative and Booz Allen’s Process Improvement Initiative. She was also awarded the IRS Commissioner’s award and Al Gore’s Reinventing Government Hammer award for her efforts in achieving organizational transformation within the IRS.
