Paul Doolittle, a Booz Allen Hamilton Senior Vice President, co-leads the firm’s environmental and infrastructure business in support of clients in defense and civil markets, with particular focus on the U.S. Air Force, Army, Department of Interior, Environmental Protection Agency, and General Services Administration.

In addition, Mr. Doolittle manages the San Antonio office of more than 700 staff members, who leverage their expertise to deliver services to an array of engagements in markets that span the environment, facilities management, intelligence, information assurance and operations, cyber, and military medical. He also drives Booz Allen’s Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) and non-BRAC realignment and defense transformation-related opportunities for the San Antonio region.

Since joining the firm in 1988, Mr. Doolittle has helped incorporate broad functional services such as IT, organizational strategy and change management, and economic and business analysis to support client missions across the natural and built environments, such as:

Environmental management and policy
Installation and facility management
Construction management
Military family housing privatization

Mr. Doolittle sits on the boards of the South Texas Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce. He is a Licensed Professional Geoscientist and Certified Master Materials Manager (CHMM). He has prior experience as a science teacher and as a geophysicist and geologist for a major oil company.

He received an M.S. degree in civil engineering from the University of Maryland; an M.A. in science, technology, and public policy from the George Washington University; and a B.S. in geology from Duke University.
